  • Payments: processed by PayPal (and/or Stripe if enabled). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Support & Contact: messages you send us, attachments, and follow-ups.
  • Marketing: newsletter preferences, engagement (opens/clicks) if you subscribe.
  • Technical: IP address, cookie IDs, logs, language (Polylang), device/browser (User-Agent), usage data.
  • Media & Reviews: photos/videos you upload, product ratings and comments.

3) How & why we use data (legal bases)

  • Contract: create/manage your account, process and deliver orders, after-sales service.
