Gemstone Return Policy (International Orders)

This Gemstone Return Policy explains how returns work for international orders. Returns are accepted only in case of a proven defect or an error on our part. We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or any non-defective reason.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return in case of a proven defect or an error on our part. Contact us before you ship anything back so we can confirm the return eligibility, address, and instructions.

Return Window

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective or if we made an error. Email contactus@gems2u4ever.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Eligible Items

  • Loose gemstones: eligible only if a proven defect is confirmed. Items must be returned unmounted, in original condition, with the original GIA report and all accessories.
  • Jewelry settings / made-to-order rings: once a stone is set, resized, or engraved, returns are not accepted, except in case of a proven defect or an error on our part.

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be sent clean, undamaged, unmodified, and complete. The item must be exactly the one originally delivered and include the certificate, packaging, and all accompanying documents. All returns are subject to verification, including matching the original item and documentation.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a return authorization.
  2. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and packing instructions.
  3. Ship the item with tracking and insurance and declare the parcel correctly for customs.
  4. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and bank fees are not refundable.
  • Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a proven defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or preference. In case of a proven defect or an error on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit after inspection of the returned item.
