Gemstone Return Policy (International Orders)
This Gemstone Return Policy explains how returns work for international orders. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Contact us before you ship anything back so we can confirm the address and instructions.
Return Window
Start a return within 14 days of delivery. Email contactus@gems2u4ever.com or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm the return details and guide you through the next steps.
Eligible Items
- Loose gemstones: return them unmounted, in original condition, with the GIA report and accessories.
- Jewelry settings / made-to-order rings: once we set a stone or resize/engrave a ring, we usually cannot accept a return unless we made an error.
Condition
Return items clean, undamaged, and complete. Include the certificate, packaging, and any documents. If something is missing or damaged, we may reduce the refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us or write on WhatsApp to open a return.
- We send the correct return address and packing instructions.
- Ship with tracking and insurance; declare the parcel correctly for customs.
- Share the tracking number with us so we can follow the shipment.
Refunds
- We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Original shipping, insurance, duties, and bank fees do not qualify for a refund.
- You pay return shipping and insurance unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Prefer a different stone or setting? We help you choose an alternative and apply a credit once we receive the original item.
